If the deleted file is still present in Recycle Bin, you can restore the file easily but if you emptied the Recycle Bin or if you deleted the file using Shift+Delete key combination (which directly deletes the file without moving it to Recycle Bin), you are out of luck. But later we realize that the deleted file was an important one and we have to recover that file anyhow.
